In March 2022, the LolliBox team worked closely with HDB malls in planning and executing their March Makan Madness campaign that took place concurrently across 13 HDB malls over 2 weeks. Based on the theme, we conceptualized a series of exciting activities for the campaign as part of our events management.
In order to achieve high levels of engagement among the audience, we created a customized micro-site game based on the theme of Singapore’s local food. This game was loved by shoppers of all ages as they were incentivised to actively play and win attractive prizes!
To make the campaign even more interesting and increase the audience reach, we also hosted a series of fun and interactive Facebook contests as part of a social media campaign on the different HDB malls’ pages. The contests consisted of simple games and questions that were aligned with their theme of Makan Madness, and were all conceptualized and designed in-house by us.
At the HDB malls, we also provided the manpower to manage a gift redemption booth that was a hit among satisfied shoppers who got to take home either a lunchbox, mug or cutlery set. The event design and fabrication were also customized as part of the events management in order to let shoppers know about the exciting activities to look forward to.
