As part of Jurong Bird Park’s Easter celebration, visitors can join an Easter Egg hunt, make fun Easter crafts and also meet and greet Gudetama, the lazy and cute egg from Japan. It’s not hard to see why Easter is an exciting time at Jurong Bird Park!

The LolliBox Team was egg-cited to plan this year’s Easter Egg-stravaganza with Gudetama @ Jurong Bird Park. And we had a cracking good time executing the whole event 🙂

What is Easter Day without Easter egg hunt?

Jurong Bird Park had tied Easter Day with popular Sanrio character Gudetama. Visitors scrambled down to join this signature egg hunt event!

The Easter egg hunt took place at Waterfall Aviary. Participants can get up close with the birds in Waterfall Aviary as birds there are all free roaming.

Look at the colourful eggs! These baskets of eggs were placed along the trail in the Waterfall Aviary. Participants have to collect a basket at the entrance and pick an egg each following the trail. Children were thrilled and really enjoyed collecting the eggs!

Game time!

After collecting eggs, participants head over to our redemption booth to do a fun and educational match-the-facts activity! While participating in the activity, they learnt more about the critically-endangered birds. Cute Gudetama pins were given out as prizes upon completion of activity!

Not forgetting there were two golden eggs hidden along the pavement of the trail each day. Many participants searched high and low under the hot sun for the golden eggs to win themselves a special prize!

Craft Activities

Besides the Easter egg hunt, there was a craft activity corner located at the Penguin Coast! We customized crafts of Gudetama – participants can colour and bring home either a Gudetama fan or Gudetama wooden keychain!
