LolliBox’s Event Safe Management Measures For Safe & Fun Times!

Its finally 1 month to Christmas! While our celebrations cannot be held the same as previous years due to the pandemic, the fun need not be compromised! Given that our main participants are the little ones and their family members, it is especially important that we keep them safe!

Read on to see how we, at LolliBox, do whatever it takes to stay safe and have fun at the same time!

#1: 1m apart for queues

LolliBox’s Event Safe Management Measures begins upon entry to our designated event space. With clear bright yellow markings to demarcate the queuing, we make sure to allow space between groups as well. Each group is also kept at a maximum of 5 pax per government regulations.

#2: Clean Clean Clean Clean Clean

Throughout the day, we make sure to sanitise the table after each group leaves to ensure a safe experience for all. This is done with a cloth and an anti-bacterial surface cleaner. Only when the tables are cleaned, do we let in a new group!

#3: Sanitisers for your use

On each table and at entry, we make sure to have hand sanitisers for your peace of mind.

#4: Tables are 1m apart

We make sure to create space for your safety. Tables are spaced 1m apart and only 1 group can be at the table at a time. We also have 1 entry and 1 exit point so as to create a smooth human traffic flow with the least interaction between groups.

As we understand that clients are eager to hold events but might be worried about the management of it. To ease your uncertainties, the team can draft up a Safe Management Measures proposal with accompanying floor plan that is customized to your space.

Need a backup plan in case of a regulations changes? Based on your specs, we can re-purpose your materials and transform it into a virtual event if the need arises. This can come in the form of a pre-recorded video/live virtual workshop and craft kits delivered right to participants door step!
