    Yes, of course! In fact, we have had very positive feedbacks from customers who bought our LolliBox as a gift for their friends and fellow parents. Our LolliBox is a great gift for any parent and you no longer have to crack your head over what gifts to get your friends or for their children. You can gift a LolliBox experience for 1 box or keep the gift and surprise ongoing with our 3/6/12-months subscription for them.

  • What age range is the LolliBox appropriate for? Back to Top
    Our suggested age range is for 3 – 7 year olds. Nevertheless, we do have order from parents who start off their kids early as young as 2 years old and we would recommend parental guidance as you guide your little one along in doing the activities. Our activities are also suitable for kids older than 7 years old, who are passionate about craft activities and wants to have pre-packaged crafts and all materials for them to express their creativity.
  • Do I get to keep all of the contents received in the LolliBox or is there anything that needs to be sent back? Back to Top

  • Can I return any products? Back to Top
    LolliBox shipments are not returnable. However, if any boxes or materials included in your box shipments are damaged or defective, email us and we will be happy to replace those items for you in a flash!
  • If I don’t have a PayPal account, can I make payment by credit card? Back to Top
    Yes! We use the PayPal payment platform to accept payments, and they do accept credit card payments even if you do not have a PayPal account. Simply select the option “I do not have a PayPal account” at the PayPal payment page to make payment by credit card. No additional charges or fees you have to bear at all.
  • Can I make payment by ATM transfer? Back to Top
    Yes! Simply email us your order together with your billing and shipping details, and we will revert to you on the payment details within 1 working day.
  • How do I check the status of my LolliBox order? Back to Top
    You will receive an email confirming the receipt of your order. To ensure delivery of our emails to your inbox, please add hello@lollibox.com to your address book.
  • What are the shipping costs? Back to Top
    FREE! Your LolliBox shipments are FREE within Singapore via normal postage! If you would like to expedite any LolliBox shipments, please select “Next Day Courier” option at checkout, and you will receive your LolliBox on the next working day.
    As for craft supplies purchases, they are not sold separately and will be shipped together with your LolliBox purchases at no additional cost.
    LolliBox ships all products to Asian countries including Malaysia, Indonesia, Hong Kong, Thailand, Vietnam, Taiwan, China and other addresses upon request for an additional shipping charge. Please email us at hello@lollibox.sg and we will be happy to help you out!
  • What are the shipping methods & rates? Back to Top
    Every LolliBox purchase ships FREE within Singapore and the delivery method is via Singpost standard mail. If desired, you may also request for registered mail services by selecting the “Registered Mail” option at checkout. We also provide courier delivery option – simply select “Next Day Courier” option at checkout, and you will receive your LolliBox on the next working day.
    For delivery to countries outside Singapore, we will send your items via registered mail so that you can track your order. With regard to the overseas shipping rates, different countries have different shipping rate. To find out the exact shipping rates, contact us and indicate the address to be shipped to and we will revert to you within one working day.
  • How do I know when my LolliBox is shipped/will arrive? Back to Top
    For LolliBox subscriptions, we will process your order and mail out your first LolliBox within 1-2 working days, and postage by Singpost will usually take 2-5 working days(varies with peak/non-peak/festive season). Subsequently, the following boxes will be processed on the 15th every month. Example: If you are placing your order on 21st Jan, your first LolliBox will arrive between 24th-30th Jan. For subsequent boxes, your LolliBox will arrive between the 17th-22nd of each month i.e. Feb, Mar, Apr and so on after that, for the duration of your subscription.
    For individual LolliBox purchases, we will process your order within 1-2 working days and postage by Singpost will usually take 2-5 working days(varies with peak/non-peak/festive season).
  • What if no one is around to accept the package? Back to Top
    If no one is around to accept the package, the postman will leave a white card at your door step/mail box. With the white card, you can collect the package at the post office indicated. The collector must bring along an identification that matches the address to facilitate the collection.
    If the package is still not picked up at the nearest post office after 10 days, it will be delivered back to us. A re-delivery charge will be required if the item was undelivered due to wrong address provided or non pickup.
  • I think my shipment is lost in the mail! What do I do? Back to Top
    Oh no! For standard mails, please call Singpost hotline 1605 to check if any items attention to your address is pending at the post office. Otherwise, please email us at hello@lollibox.sg and we will help locate it or replace it for you ASAP!
  • What if my country of residence is not in Singapore? Back to Top
